    Who owns the landlord’s and tenant’s data?

    You do, no ambiguity. The connectors move data between your systems and the portal you have a contract with — they don’t store it in an intermediate layer you don’t control. We apply your retention policy and give the DPO a view of which data lives where and why.

    How do you handle the API limits of Idealista, Fotocasa and other portals?

    Each portal has its own rate-limit regime and technical contract. The connectors respect them, queue when needed and warn if a portal changes a limit or endpoint. We don’t force calls that put your portal account at risk.

    We have custom fields in the CRM and the property manager. Do they map cleanly?

    Yes. Before we start, we map every non-standard field — from "orientation" to "end-client commission" — between source and destination, with you validating each equivalence. If a field in the manager has no counterpart in the CRM we create it, not discard it.

    Do we have to change CRM or property manager for this to work?

    No. We work with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and the main property managers in the market via API. When your manager is bespoke or has no documented API we evaluate webhook integration, scheduled export or an intermediate connector. No forced migrations to get started.
