Commercial agent over Leads, Contacts and Deals
Reads the account, the contact, the deal and the activity history in Zoho CRM, drafts the follow-up email and leaves it as a draft on the right module — without touching fields that aren’t its job.
Sales agents, lead triage and ERP sync — on your Zoho instance, respecting modules, profiles and data centre. No migration to HubSpot or Salesforce just to get serious AI.
Zoho is in a lot of Spanish SMBs for a very specific reason: it covers what a sales team needs without the per-seat ticket of the US-based suites. The friction starts when someone promises you AI and the only path they know goes through migrating to a different CRM — losing history, automations and team hours along the way.
We build the agents and automations on top of your existing Zoho: we read Leads, Contacts, Deals and the custom modules you’ve set up, write with audit trails, honour the role hierarchy and hit the data-centre endpoint you actually use (EU or US). The cost stays contained and the team keeps working in the tool they already know.
Reads the account, the contact, the deal and the activity history in Zoho CRM, drafts the follow-up email and leaves it as a draft on the right module — without touching fields that aren’t its job.
Picks up each lead that comes in through a form, scores it against your rules, assigns it by territory or product and drops it into the right Sales Pipeline stage — with a note explaining why.
Reads the ticket, searches your Zoho Desk articles and leaves a suggested reply for the agent — citing the source article. If the material isn’t clear, it escalates instead of inventing policy.
Keeps accounts, contacts and opportunities in sync with Holded or Odoo. When an email comes in with new customer details, the AI extracts them and pushes to the right side without duplicating.
Generates the weekly commercial summary cross-referencing Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics: pipeline by stage, conversion, lost-reason breakdown and stalled-deal alerts — delivered to your channel.
Connection over OAuth 2.0 against accounts.zoho.eu or .com depending on your tenant. The token refreshes itself, scopes are requested at the minimum needed (only the modules each use case actually touches) and an admin can revoke access from Zoho at any time.
We detect your data centre before touching anything and point at the right endpoint — zohoapis.eu, zohoapis.com, zohoapis.in and so on. If you handle customer data under GDPR, all reads and writes stay inside the European data centre.
Each Zoho edition (Standard, Professional, Enterprise, CRM Plus, One) has its own daily API quota. We design the connector with caching, batching and exponential back-off so peak hours don’t exhaust the quota and your internal users keep their headroom.
For real-time flows (new lead, deal stage change, Desk ticket created) we use Zoho’s native webhooks instead of polling or overnight jobs that arrive late. The agent reacts in seconds.
Data migrations, mass enrichment or historical reports go through the Bulk Read/Write API instead of hammering the standard one. Daily operations stay smooth while heavy loads run in the background.
The agent never sees more than the user running the query. We replicate Zoho’s roles, profiles and data-sharing rules — a junior rep doesn’t suddenly see deals from another region just because they ask the AI.
Yes, with caveats. Bigin has a simpler data model (Pipelines instead of Deals) and the API exposes fewer modules — we adapt the connector and tell you upfront if a use case needs a step up to CRM. With CRM Plus and One we work across the bundle (Desk, Campaigns, SalesIQ, Analytics) in a single AI layer. For each edition we confirm API limits and available modules before scoping.
We build it custom against the official Zoho API. Marketplace extensions cover generic cases but tend to fall short when there are custom modules, sector-specific logic or an ERP integration that isn’t in the catalogue. You stay in control: the code and the logic are yours, not hanging off a vendor that can change pricing or discontinue the app.
Before starting we set a target cost per use case (cents per lead processed, cents per suggested reply, etc.) and pick the cheapest model that meets it — open-source local where it fits, small models for classification, large models only where they actually pay back. The point is to keep Zoho’s economics: if the AI costs more than the CRM, something is wrong.
We raise it openly at the start. If your Zoho is on zohoapis.com (US) and you process personal data of EU residents under GDPR, we look together at whether it’s worth migrating to zoho.eu before the project, or whether standard contractual clauses plus your technical measures cover the case. We work with your legal counsel when needed — we don’t sign a project that leaves you exposed.
We design for privacy from the start, human control, traceability, usage limits, permissioning and documentation. For sensitive processes, we help assess risk and applicable obligations under GDPR and the EU AI Act.
